Let go!

Hello everyone. I hope we are all good especially in light of the current change in our world. Even if you feel you have a reason to fret, kick against that and don't fret. Someway somehow, I feel the world will be fine even if it might be shaken at first. Now that I have gotten that of the way, kindly read this short piece by my younger sister, Oyindamola. I was going to post something else but she sent this piece to me last night and it really spoke to me. It really did. I hope it speaks to you as ...

Why I believe.

Hello Beautiful people. I hope we are all doing well. I apologise for not posting last week Wednesday. I am going to make up for that by sharing a poem from my younger sister's brilliant mind. Kindly read and share this piece by the talented Oyindamola. It's a post that really should be shared, so please lets help get the message out there. You never know whose life you are turning around. ** Dear Mr Agnostic and Mr Atheist You think of us We devoted Christians As a blind flock of sheep Following the rules and principles that an ancient book set Looking up to a 'dead ordinary' ...

It doesn’t matter.

I was privileged to be a part of Salt and Light Camp 2016 in August. I was so blessed and inspired. Being a part of the lives of amazing kids and monitors for one week definitely made the summer one I wouldn’t forget in a hurry. I was fortunate to have a passionate young man as one of the monitors in my squad. Lord knows he loved those kids and was really devoted to them. It didn’t matter to him that the girls in the squad outweighed the boys and that we didn’t even have any boy for the first three ...

I see a series coming up here and Lord knows i'm excited about that.  Sit back, relax and enjoy this insightful piece. ** Youth is always typified by strength, energy and zeal. But as we all know, there are two sides to a coin, so with youthful strength and ardour comes inexperience. This of course, can be countered by wise counsel and advisers. This ...

The poor man and his opinion.

Hi loves. I hope we had a good weekend and are looking forward to having an awesome week. Today's piece was written by our very own Smish. Have a good read and kindly share. Thanks! ** I take a book with me almost everywhere I go, and today wasn't any different. This is mainly because I have this sad but unintended situation of finding myself in marginally uninteresting to utterly boring places, complete with personalities to match. Needless to say, I am a very interesting person and I love to have fun. As usual, I stepped inside my PPA (Place of Primary Assignment-NYSC) ...

The Heart of A King.

ETP made a comment on Monday's post and said she feels the month of August will be an awesome one through MSB. Yes, indeed. It will be an awesome one and to continue in the awesomeness of this month (It has already been so awesome for me. I hope I am not the only one), I have an awesome bible study article written by my very own Smish. Smish is no stranger to us on this blog and you will agree with me that he has been nothing short of a blessing to us on this blog. Imagine having this ...

The power of music.

Happy New Month Awesome blog Fam. May everything good come to us in this month of July. I am grateful for each person that reads this blog and keeps coming back to check for new posts regardless of my inconsistency. I am truly blessed and honoured to have you.  Today, a guest writer, Ayotunde Oyebamiji will be sharing his thoughts on the power of music. Kindly read and spread the message.  ** I overheard some guys say gospel music is crap.  And 'cause they don't do crap, it means they don't do gospel music. This kind of made me sit down to think and ...
